I’m Iesha, thanks for coming to my site and having a look around.

I’m innovation lead at a think tank specialising in youth and education. I was previously an assistant headteacher in schools in London and Hertfordshire and I have 14 years’ experience as a maths teacher. The majority of my teaching career was spent in schools serving disadvantaged communities. If you’d like to know more of my story take a look here.

I write, speak and train to support you to lead effectively, bring your whole self to work and have the tools to be mentally resilient in your leadership and wider life.

Subscribe to my blog updates. I write roughly weekly about education, leadership and society and I’ll also sporadically share interesting things that I come across linked to the topics I write about on this blog.

When you subscribe I’ll send you a free copy of my 9 lessons for unexpected leaders pdf which I’m told is a handy reminder to put up in your office.

Fill out the form below and enjoy the rest of your day.
